Just gonna quietly say Singaporeans/Malaysians..... (especially those that are in the Quanzhi/Yinyangshi Fandom like me) - Ezbuy is the worst choice you can make if you want to attempt to buy any preorders fandom merchandise.
They have internal procedure to remind (HARASS) the vendors to dispatch items even after you tell them numerously time it is a preorder , delivery date is XXXXX in the future. They will STILL do it. Don't do it to the poor sellers. And if it is a timed/limited sale. EZbuy might still end up cancelling your orders and you can only suck thumb and cry (like me) and beg for people to sell you second hand as those items will definitely have been taken off the taobao shop listing.
When I ask ezbuy about it they even have to nerve to accuse the sellers of the one to cancel the orders. Roll my eyes to infinity. DON'T DO IT. (You can read my sad story of 1 hour struggles with the poor CSO below)
For Singaporeans you can try to buy yourself. They Taobao accept DBS Credit card and we apparently have a tie up with Lazada already for them to global ship your items. I have attempt to buy a preorder already and its seems to be working. Will update if i received everything in good conditions.

Are you trying to tell me that I can not use ezbuy for preorders / advance orders due to the automatic procedure to ensure the seller send out items promptly even if i have indicated the expected late send out date? If so i will just stop using ezbuy and save both myself and ezbuy staff the frustration.
